We do offer General Dentist Orthodontics at both the Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha locations. Early intervention orthopedics, orthodontics, and clear tray correction are offered. Dr. Stovie is a general dentist that has been doing removable and fixed orthodontics for 20 years.

Here at The Dental Center, we will monitor the development of your child’s teeth at their regular cleaning appointments. We will always keep you updated on any concerns with tooth alignment, spacing, or jaw issues. If braces or any other care is indicated, our dentists and other dental care professionals will discuss this with you thoroughly. We welcome new patients as well and can discuss any orthodontic concerns you have at your first appointment. It is recommended that every child be evaluated for possible orthodontic issues at age 7.

Yes, we offer orthodontics for all ages, including EZ-Align and Invisalign! From expanders that widen the arch to clear trays that can help with minor rotations, to regular braces, we have many ways to care for your smile. We will perform an orthodontic evaluation at which point any necessary x-rays, impressions, and photos will be taken. We will also address any concerns you have. Following this, we will have a complete consultation with you to discuss our findings and our recommendations for treatment.
